We have many established partnerships with the local community including P and C, Out of School Hours Care - Kookaburra Club, Quota International of Jimboomba, QuoCKa, Adopt a Cop and PEET, to name a few.
As a school we continue to encourage and establish positive relationships and partnerships within the community.
Parent Representatives
The Parent Representative role is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of your child’s education and the Flagstone State School community. As a Parent Representative, you are a valued member of our school community and your time and commitment are very much appreciated.
The purpose of the Parent Representative is to help foster good communication in the school and to assist in the development of the school community. It provides another means of uniting the school community and enhances the quality of relationships within the school between teachers, parents, stakeholders and students.
Each class from Prep to Year 6 will have at least one Parent Representative, with in fact, more than one parent in many instances to help share the load and provide support. For more information please read the Parent Representatives Handbook (PDF, 475KB).
