Parent Teacher Interviews

Parent Teacher Online is a software platform that makes the process of booking interviews with teachers as simple as possible. Once you are on the PTO site log in page it is imperative that you register. You are required to enter: your details, an email address and your child’s EQ ID number. (This data can also be found on the QParents site). If you do not have an email address please contact the office for assistance. 

To access PTO and make an interview booking choose one of the two platforms outlined below:

Computer

1. Log on using this link (if you don't have an account you can sign up using the register option)
   
2. Go to bookings
   
3. Make and confirm booking for each child.
   

If you require any assistance to register please download our log on instructions (PDF, 169KB).

Mobile device

1. Download the app PTO and add Flagstone State School using the code
   
2. Register for use (refer to the bottom of the page in red writing)
   
3. Go to bookings
   
4. Make and confirm booking for each child.
