School App
School Stream provides a free platform for parents to receive unmissable information in a succinct and timely manner via instant notifications. Parents can easily register absentees and keep up to date with events and set reminders.
How to download
1. Go to the App store and download "School Stream" to your phone
2. Open the app and type in "Flagstone State School" into the search bar to load the school's profile.
3. Make sure you agree to Push Notifications when prompted.
Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher Online is a software platform that makes the process of booking interviews with teachers as simple as possible. Once you are on the PTO site log in page it is imperative that you register. You are required to enter: your details, an email address and your child’s EQ ID number. (This data can also be found on the QParents site). If you do not have an email address please contact the office for assistance.
To access PTO and make an interview booking choose one of the two platforms outlined below:
Computer
- Log on using this
link (if you don't have an account you can sign up using the register option)
- Go to bookings
- Make and confirm booking for each child.

Mobile Device
- Download the app PTO and add Flagstone State School using the code
- Register for use (refer to the bottom of the page in red writing)
- Go to bookings
- Make and confirm booking for each child.

Stymie
Stymie is an online, confidential messaging service. Anyone in years 3 - 6 can access. If you may be seeing or experiencing harm or trauma you can make an anonymous notification.
All you need is access to a web based device.
- Search for www.stymie.com.au
- Select make a notification.
- Once the notification is sent, members of the Administration such as the Principal and Senior Deputy Principal will receive the information and respond accordingly.
The platform is supported by the school and therefore free for students to use.
