·         Teachers will contact all families enquiring about computer and internet access availability, and preferred method of contact. Please check your junk email inbox as it has been reported some emails have gone to this

·         Teachers are required to make some contact with students throughout the week to support learning, wellbeing and provide feedback for learning

Internet access expectations

·         Students able to access a computer and internet services throughout the day (headphones with microphone an advantage), student passwords (already distributed)

·         Platforms for learning online lessons resources include eLearn (virtual classroom) edStudio, iSee, Learning at home, OneNote, SharePoint

·         Flagstone State School have dedicated resources in eLearn (virtual classroom), OneNote and iSee

·         Teacher to communicate the expectations of learning online in the virtual classroom in ‘plans’ section or OneNote (year 6 students), and or via email

·         Teacher to connect with students to provide feedback on work via iSee virtual platform weekly

·         Teachers will be expected to keep two weeks in advance of eLearning and information for students to access

·         Set staff allocated to assist with trouble shooting in regards to on line access – dedicated email – Amaya Reis for troubleshooting online support@flagstonss.eq.edu.au

·         Designated staff member – Jan Paige available to contact if student requires learning support via school phone 0476809810 and or email ppaig1@eq.edu.au

·         Student wellbeing platform available via  https://studentwellbeinghub.edu.au

·         Student wellbeing further supported by Guidance Officer Anita Wilson Bunch via email awils125@eq.edu.au

No/limited internet access

·         Teacher to email or communicate daily plan within hard copy format

·         Prep to pick up packs from prep classroom between 10 am and 11 am Friday

·         Parents from year 1 to year 3 to collect hard copy work from school between 10 am and 11 am Friday 3rd April after prior notification to class teacher only – parent to please provide folder for each student wherever possible. These will be picked up from the car park in a drive through fashion (Poinciana Drive)

·         Parents from year 4 to 6 should have already received requested packs.

·         Students are encouraged to borrow multiple books from the library – open Friday all day

·         Teacher to contact via preferred method to discuss learning and feedback (please note phone contact may not be available if teacher not working on site)
